1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Seeded Minced Jalapeño Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes, drained well and chopped smallRecipe
Mix all ingredients and divide to make 6 patties. Cook on George Foreman grill or outside grill until no longer pink. Place on your favorite bun and add a slice of cheese along with your favorite condiments for additional points.
