    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey breast
    1/2 cup dried Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 cup grated nonfat Parmesan cheese
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Shape the meatball mixture into 50 (1 inch) balls and place on the baking sheet.
    Bake the meatballs for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly.

    Serve with wooden picks for appetizers.

    **NOTE: These can be served with fat-free bottled marinara sauce. Can also be frozen ahead of time. These are great for meatball sandwiches. Just be sure to figure nutrition information according to desired use.
