List of Ingredients
4 serving Dreamfields pasta (or Barilla low carb pasta, also 3 pts/serving)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 small onion(s)
2 clove garlic clove(s)
2 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup RF chicken broth + 1 Tbsp corn starch, mixed till corn starch is dissolved
Recipe
1. cook pasta
2. cut chicken into 1" pieces. Saute in olive oil until browned.
3. Add in broccoli, garlic and onion, saute for a couple of minutes.
4. Add wine to deglaze pan.
5. add chicken broth & corn starch mixture, still frequently till sauce thickens
6. toss with pasta.
