List of Ingredients
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets or Asparagus tips
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup scallions
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tomato
1 tsp. fresh dill weed
2 cups cooked pastaRecipe
Microwave 2-1/2 minutes on high a mixture of:
Broccoli florets or Asparagus tips.
Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper and Scallions.
In a well sprayed sauté pan:
Olive Oil
Add Vegetable mixture
Tomato
fresh Dill Weed
cooked pasta
Toss and heat. Transfer to serving platter.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbled Feta or Goat Cheese.
