List of Ingredients
1/4 cup each chopped red and green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup red or white wine
Recipe
In a microwave 1 qt. Bowl (with lid), combine above ingredients. Microwave high 3 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine and heat Large (16 oz jar at least) of fat free Marinara sauce vegetables
Add to sauce and pasta choices of the following:
1 cup shrimp add 2 points (5 points total)
1 chicken breast, sliced add 3 points (6 points total)
1 tbls. Parmesan cheese add 1 point (4 points total)
