List of Ingredients
4 1/2 cups cooked Barilla Plus or whole wheat macaroni
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 medium sweet red pepper, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 medium carrot, diced
1/2 medium red onion, minced
1/4 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste Recipe
While macaroni is still warm, place in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and sour cream; toss to coat. Add peppers, carrots, celery and onion; toss to combine. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
