    4 servings (1 cup) - 3 points each

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound small red skin potatoes
    1/2 cup chopped scallions
    1/3 cup light mayo
    2 tsp. grey poupon mustard
    1/4 cup Fat Free Italian dressing
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes with skins on in boiling water for 20 min or until done.

    Drain and let cool.

    Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.

    Dice potatoes into even sized cubes.

    Toss potatoes into bowl with mixture to coat.

    Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours.

    Toss and serve.
