    SIMPLE CEASAR SALAD

    SERVES: 6
    WW POINTS PER SERVING: 3

    List of Ingredients




    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/8 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    1/4 cup olive oil
    6 cup romaine lettuce

    Recipe



    Mash the garlic and salt together into a paste. Place into a bowl.

    Add parmesan cheese, lemon juice, mayo, mustard, worcestershire sauce and tabasco. Stir until blended.

    Slowly wisk in oil in a steady stream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours.

    Cut lettuce into bite size piece and pour dressing over and toss and serve.

    This is my own recipe and has been run through the recipe builder.

    You could add some grilled chicken to make it a complete meal. My DS loves this salad and could eat it everyday if I made it for him.
