    SERVES: 6 WW POINTS PER SERVING: 1

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    6 cups (1 lb) coleslaw mix, or shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

    Recipe



    Combine first five ingredients, mayo through salt, in a bowl until well blended.

    Stir in cabbage and cilantro and mix well.

    Chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.

    You can use pre-shreded cabbage although I suppose you could use the cabbage mixed with the carrots and such. It's a nice side to burgers and sausages.
