4 cup fat-free chicken broth
12 oz potato(es)
1 cup celery
2 cup carrot(s)
20 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cup 1% low-fat milk
8 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
Recipe
Mix first 8 ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Mix flour and milk together and stir into the soup mixtures in the pot. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Cube the Velveeta light and mix into the soup until melted and heated through.
