1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (do not drain!)
Topping:
1 (8 to 9 oz.) container whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain!)
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until oranges are well chopped. Place in a greased and floured 13x9-inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Mix topping ingredients together until well blended. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate.
