Combine and set aside the following:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
In a large bowl mix:
2 cups flour
1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. vanilla
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
Recipe
Put all in a mixer bowl and beat 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 batter in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1/3 sugar mixture over batter. Alternate until 3 layers have been made, ending with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40-45 minutes.
