    Cake Mix Cookies

    1 pkg cake mix
    1/2 c cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Preheat oven to 350. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet , flatten with buttered and sugared glass bottom and bake 10-12 minutes. Optional Ingredients: 1 cup oatmeal, 12 oz chocolate chips, chopped nuts- Bake 12 - 15 minutes with oatmeal
