2-3 Chicken Breasts, cooked and boned
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 to 1 can Chicken Broth
1 can Tomatoes And Green Chilies, drained
Tortilla Chips
Grated Mexican Cheese Mix
Salsa
Guacamole
Recipe
Chop up chicken.
Combine soups, chicken broth, and tomatoes and green chilies. Mix well.
Put a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of a deep greased baking dish.
Put a layer of the chicken mixture, then sprinkle with a layer of cheese. Add another layer of chips, then chicken mixture, then cheese. Layer until all is used.
Bake at 375 for about 30 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Great as a main dish or as a dip, served with salsa and guacamole.
