    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (1 pound) round steak
    • 2 boneless pork loin chops (about 6 ounces each)
    • 1 (16oz.) jar chunky salsa
    • 1 large red onion, chopped
    • 1 (4oz.) can diced green chilies
    • 2 TBL. cornstarch
    • 10 flour tortillas
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese blend, divided
    • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
    • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


    Instructions


    1. Cut steak and pork into 1/8 inch thick strips. Reserve 1/2 cup salsa. Combine steak, pork, remaining salsa, onion, green chilies, and cornstarch in a slow cooker and mix well.
    2. Cook the steak mixture on LOW for 6 hours.
    3. Spoon one-tenth of the steak mixture onto 1 tortilla.
    4. Reserve 1/4 cup Colby Jack cheese. Add one-tenth of remaining cheese and sour cream to tortilla.
    5. Roll tortilla to enclose the filling. Repeat process with remaining tortillas and filling. Top burritos with reserved salsa and cheese. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
