CHILI VERDE BURRITOS

List of Ingredients
- 1 (1 pound) round steak
- 2 boneless pork loin chops (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 (16oz.) jar chunky salsa
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 (4oz.) can diced green chilies
- 2 TBL. cornstarch
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese blend, divided
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cut steak and pork into 1/8 inch thick strips. Reserve 1/2 cup salsa. Combine steak, pork, remaining salsa, onion, green chilies, and cornstarch in a slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook the steak mixture on LOW for 6 hours.
- Spoon one-tenth of the steak mixture onto 1 tortilla.
- Reserve 1/4 cup Colby Jack cheese. Add one-tenth of remaining cheese and sour cream to tortilla.
- Roll tortilla to enclose the filling. Repeat process with remaining tortillas and filling. Top burritos with reserved salsa and cheese. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
