10 oz frozen french style green beans
1 tablespoon oil, canola
1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
3/4 cup milk, skim
2 tablespoon soy sauce, lite
1 cup lite dairy sour cream
2 cup ham, cooked; diced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 pinch paprika
1 vegetable spray
Recipe
Thaw green beans, drain well. Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Add sour cream & ham. Pour into sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Dash generously with paprika. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
