I just tried this recipe and it was delicious. I doubled it so i would
have enough to freeze. It says to cook on med. for four hours. My
crockpot only has high or low so i cooked it on high for one hour and
low for four hours. I thought it would have the consistency of a
casserole but it turned out more like soup....but it was the best potato
soup i have ever tasted!!! Served it with hot cornbread and was great. cyndym
1 Lb. pkg.. Hash brown potatoes -- frozen
1 C. buttermilk
1\2 cup soft cheese spread -- such as Cheeze Whiz
1 Can cream soup -- (10 oz.) your choice of kind
8 Oz. ham -- diced
1 onion chopped

Mix all ingredients and place in a crockpot and cook on medium heat for
four
hours.
