1 pound lean ground beef
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 large onion chopped
1 can pinto beans -- drained and rinsed
1 package dry ranch style dressing mix
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can Mex. or ranch style beans or spicy chili
beans
Whichever you can find
2 tablespoons cilantro -- (I omitted this)
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes --
1 can cream corn
Recipe
Brown the beef and drain well. Put in the crockpot. Add the
remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Start on high for 2 hours then low for 5-6 hours. Comes out as a very good chili soup.
Very quick and easy. Makes 3 quarts.
