1 pouch (8.8 oz) of ready to serve long grain and wild rice
1 lb of ground beef
2 cups of frozen chopped green peppers, thawed
1 cup of chopped onions
1 can of diced Italian tomatoes, un-drained
1 (26 oz) jar of chunky tomato pasta sauce and
1 (14 oz) beef broth
Recipe
1. Prepare the rice according to the directions on the package.
2. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef, the green peppers and onions then drain.
3. Stir in the pasta sauce, tomatoes, broth and rice and heat through.
