Breakfast Casserole from Wendy
1 30 oz bag frozen hash browns
1 cup onion, finely diced
1/4 cup margarine, melted
8 oz breakfast sausage
10 strips bacon, cooked, diced
2 cups cheddar, shredded
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 eggs, blended
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Thoroughly spray (two 11' , OR three 8 ") pie pans with non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 350 for 1 hour. It will set up a little soft.
Do not overcook!
Yield approximately 12 servings
