Breakfast Casserole
2½ cups seasoned croutons
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. precooked sausage links, cut in quarters
4 eggs
2½ cups milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
¼ cup dry onion flakes
Recipe
Layer in 9x13 baking dish in order given. In a bowl,
place:
4 eggs
2½ cups milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
¼ cup dry onion flakes
Beat and pour over croutons. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, blend 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk. Pour over casserole. Bake at 300° for 90 minutes.
Cut in squares and serve.
