    Breakfast Shake


    1 ripe banana
    3/4 C pineapple juice
    1/2 C lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 C strawberries, rinsed

    Recipe



    Peel and slice banana. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, then serve.
