    Pineapple Upside-Down Breakfast Rolls from David


    1/2 C. (packed) brown sugar
    1/2 C. butter
    3/4 C. drained crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can refrigerator biscuits (10 count)


    Recipe



    Melt brown sugar and butter in 8-inch square cake pan. Add pineapple and
    cinnamon; mix well.
    Place biscuits on top. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes
    Invert pan onto serving plate.
    Makes 10 rolls
