This is one of my family's favorite meals.
List of Ingredients
Boullette (German meat patties)
1 pound lean ground pork
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 slices day old bread( soaked in water and squeezed excess water out)
1 egg.
1 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
4 tablespoons fresh parsley ,minced
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together and form into small patties,. pan fry or grill until cooked through.
Serve with spud, veggies and a salad.
Can be made into meatballs for appetizers also.
