    Strawberry Valentine Mousse


    1 pkg frozen sweetened strawberries (10 oz)
    1/2 c sour cream
    1/2 c sugar
    1 t vanilla extract
    Whipping Cream, optional

    Recipe




    Process all ingredients in a blender or a food processor until
    smooth. Pour into a metal pan, cover with foil or plastic
    wrap and freeze.
    Serve in sherbet glasses.
