Mexican Pepper Steak
1 cup Wish-bone Italian or lite Italian dressing
1 cup Your favorite salsa
3 medium Red -- green and/or yellow bell peppers, trimmed seeded and quartered
1 small Red onion -- cut in thick rings
1 1/2 pounds Boneless sirloin or top loin steak -- 2" hick
Recipe
In large, shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except steak.
Add steak; turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning
occasionally, 3 to 24 hours. Prepare grill or broiler. Remove steak
and vegetables, reserving marinade. Grill or broil steak and
vegetables, turning once, until steak is done. In small saucepan bring
reserved marinade to a boil; continue boiling 1 minute. Serve with
steak and vegetables.
Makes 6 servings.
