    Tournedos Mitchell from Heidi


    2 3 1/2 ounces beef tenderloin steak
    1 ounce mushrooms -- sliced
    2 medium shrimp
    2 ounces clarified butter
    1 teaspoon fresh basil
    1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
    1 ounce white wine
    4 ounces béarnaise sauce
    chopped parsley and paprika

    Recipe





    Broil filets to desired degree of doneness. In a saucepan, melt butter and saute mushrooms and shrimp with basil, seasoning salt and wine. Pour mixture over filets. Glaze with béarnaise sauce. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
