Creamy Orange Salad from David
1 pkg (6 oz) orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping,thawed
Recipe
In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in the hot gelatin mixture. Beat on low spped until smooth. Stir in the condensed milk. Fold in the whipped topping. Transfer to a 2 1/2 quart serving bowl.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
Yield: 10-12 servings
