    Pretzel Salad Delight


    2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    1 c + 3 TBS sugar
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 large pkg strawberry Jell-O
    10 oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed

    Recipe





    Mix pretzels, margarine & 3 TBS sugar. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°
    for 10 min. Blend cream cheese with 1 c. sugar. Spread over cooled crust.
    Cover with 1/2 of Cool Whip. Chill 2-4 hrs. Dissolve Jell-o in 2 c.
    boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Add 3/4 c. cold water. Layer gently
    on top of Cool Whip. Chill until set. Cover with another layer of Cool
    Whip.
