    Loaded Potatoes from Wendy


    Four, (4) medium to large baking potatoes
    Two (2) lbs. of your favorite smoked or grilled meat, shredded, or chopped
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    One pint sour cream
    One cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    ½ cup fresh chopped chives
    Two (2) cups of your favorite bar-be-que sauce

    Recipe




    Bake potatoes in a 350* pre-heated oven till done, approximately forty-five minutes to an hour

    Roll on counter top and press to soften

    Cut potato in half (length wise) about 2/3 deep, and press ends towards each other

    Add butter, meat, and cheese, return to oven till cheese melts, and top with sour cream and chives
