Yogurt-Covered Pretzels
1 pkg.(3 oz.) regular cream cheese, softened
1 lb.(about 5 cups) sifted confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 bag small pretzels Recipe
Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, yogurt, and vanilla
in the top of a double boiler. Place over boiling water and blend
until lukewarm and smooth. Add white chocolate chips and continue
stirring until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
Dip pretzels and place onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. If
mixture becomes too thick to handle easily, replace over hot water and stir until
desired consistency. Let stand until set. Store between
sheets of wax paper in airtight container. You can use this for dried
fruits, and nuts!
