Creamed Carrots
4 Tbs. butter, melted
1 lb. carrots, juliennend
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1 Tbs. chopped, fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 C. half & half
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, carrots, onions, parsley, salt, pepper, and 1/2 of the cream in a 8 x 8 baking dish. Toss to mix well. Pour the remaining cream over the top and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the cream is thickened almost to curdling.
