Chicken Veggie Casserole

1 small head cauliflower
1 small bunch broccoli
8 oz. Egg noodles
16 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup buttered breadcrumbs
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
Recipe
Steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli until tender. Drain. Cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain. Combine cauliflower, broccoli and noodles together in a large bowl. Add soup, diced chicken and ½ the cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13"x9"x2" casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the mixture. Cover with breadcrumbs and bake at 350° F for 30 to 45 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted.
