Classic Pecan Bacon Cheese Ring Recipe Recipe: by Chef Rob


3 LB. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Chopped Green Onions
2 Cups Cooked Crumbled Bacon
1 TB Garlic Salt
1 TB Black Pepper
2 Cups Chopped Pecans
2 Cups Strawberry Preserves or Jam


1. In Large mixing bowl or mixer with paddle attachment, combine cream cheese, green onions, bacon, garlic salt and pepper.
2. On decorative tray, form the cream cheese mixture into a round ring about 1” thick.
3. Spread pecans on top and sides.
4. Spread strawberry preserves with cake spatula on the top only.
5. Serve with crackers.
