Oriental Stir Fry
1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups sliced vegetables (green onions, mushrooms, red pepper, snow peas)
1 package (0.87 ounce) brown gravy mix
3/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
dash ground ginger
dash garlic powder
dash ground red pepper
Recipe
1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown sirloin steak in oil. Add vegetables and cook 3-5 minutes.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well, and add to steak mixture. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 minute or until thickened.
