Chicken Paprika

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T olive oil
1 lrg onion, thinly sliced
2 T paprika
1/2 c chicken broth
1 pkg sour cream (8 oz)
Recipe
Remove protective ice glaze from frozen chicken by holding under
lukewarm running water about 1 minute. Pat dry. Wash hands.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large non-
stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, covered, 6
minutes, or until golden, turning once. Transfer to plate. Cook
onion in same pan over medium heat 3 minutes, or until crisp-
tender. Sprinkle with paprika; cook 1 minute. Return chicken to
skillet; add broth. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes,
or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is
pierced. Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream. Cook 2
minutes, or until heated through (do not let boil). Makes 4
servings.
