2 6-ounce (180 g) packages low-fat cream cheese
reserved pineapple juice from cake
5 tablespoons (38 g) confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
Recipe
1.. In a food process or blender, or using an electric mixer and a bowl, combine all ingredients and process or beat until smooth.
2.. Spoon into a serving bowl to offer alongside the cake. Makes about 2 cups.
