Easy Low Calorie Reuben

Two slices rye bread, about 2tbsp sauerkraut,
1 tbsp thousand island dressing,
2 slices pastrami,
1 slice swiss cheese and
1tsp smart balance buttery spread or cooking spray.
Directions
Preheat cooking pan on low-medium on stove. Lightly butter one slice of rye bread OR spray pan with cooking spray. Lay that slice down in pan and proceed to layer ingredients on slice; pastrami, sauerkraut, swiss, apply thousand island to other slice and place on top of sandwich. Heat through while lightly crisping one side and flip the sandwich to crisp the other side and melt the cheese. Recipe makes 1 sandwich.
