    Pineapple Glazed Ribs

    1 Slab St. Louis Style Ribs
    Dry Rub:
    2 Tbls. Brown Sugar
    2 Tbls. Paprika
    2 Tbls. Granulated Garlic
    1 tsp. Onion powder
    1 tsp. Chili powder
    1 tsp. Black Pepper
    ½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
    ¼ tsp. Ground oregano

    Liquid Glaze:
    1 cup Pineapple juice
    1 Tbls. Dry rub (from above)
    2 Tbls. Balsamic vinegar
    1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

    Recipe



    Combine all of the dry ingredients and reserve 1 tablespoon for the liquid mixture.
    Rub the top and the bottom generously with the dry rub and wrap in foil and roast at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
    Mix the wet ingredients. After the ribs have roastded for 2 hours, open them up and pour the glaze over the top and re-wrap the slab and roast again for 1 hour.
    Unwrap, top with sauce and grill until the sauce caramelizes. Serve hot.
