1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. long grain rice
1 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Recipe
Mix meat,rice,egg,onion,pepper,salt,and 1/4 c. soup right out of the can. Shape into quarter size meatballs. Mix extra ingredients. Put meatballs in skillet and pour sauce over them. Heat to boiling point then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 40 min.,stirring frequently . Serve over rice or noodles.
