Roquefort Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 oz. pkg. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
Recipe
Combine the beef, cheese, seasonings, mix well.
Shape into balls and brown in butter, turning to
brown all sides.
Add the wine and cover.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
