    OREGON CRAB BAKE (Microwave)

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. chopped celery

    1 onion, finely chopped

    1/2 to 1 c. chopped, green

    pepper (depends on taste)

    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

    3/4 c. mayonnaise

    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

    3/4 lb. crab meat (may

    substitute imitation)

    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    1/2 tsp. pepper

    1/2 tsp. salt

    3/4 c. buttery cracker crumbs

    (Ritz, etc.)

    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or

    margarine, melted

    1/2 tsp. paprika


    Recipe

    Combine celery, green pepper, onion and 3 tablespoons

    margarine in 2-quart microwave casserole. Cover; microwave on

    High for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir

    once.

    Stir in mayonnaise, eggs, crab, Worcestershire sauce,

    salt and pepper. Cook, covered, at 70% (Medium) about 5

    minutes, or until heated through; stir once or twice.

    Combine cracker crumbs, melted margarine and paprika.

    Sprinkle over casserole. Makes 4 generous servings.
