Cheddar Cheese Meat Balls
1 egg
½ C water
1 lb. ground beef
1 C (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (the sharper, the better)
½ C bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Accent (optional)
1 ½ tsp chile powder
1 tsp barbecue sauce
1 T chile sauce
Beat egg and water. Combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into 1" balls.
Heat oven to 350º. Bake in shallow pan for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 60-70 meatballs
Note: May be refrigerated or frozen before or after baking or made ahead of time and reheated.
