Marinated Grilled Pork Loin

Less sodium soy sauce
Brown sugar
Cooking wine sherry
Dried minced onion
Ground cinnamon
Olive oil
Minced garlic
2-3 lbs. Pork loin roast
Place soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, dried onion, cinnamon, olive oil and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix all ingredients. Place pork loin in bag with the marinade. Seal, massage and refrigerate for 6-12 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Lightly oil grate. Place pork loin on grill. Cook 30 minutes or to desired doneness. Turn pork over halfway through cooking time.
Pour left over marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Slice pork in to medallions and pour cooked marinade over meat.
