Chicken Salad with Spinach
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
1 pund chicken breasts (cooked, skinless and bonless)
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
1 cup fat f ree mayonnaise
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Thaw spinach and pat dry with paper towel. Place n large towel. Shred chicken...breasts...and add to spinach. Toss spinach and chicken with lemon pepper and maynonnaise.
