Strawberry-Banana Salad

1 (10 oz.) pkg. Frozen strawberries, partly thawed & chopped 1 c. pineapple tidbits
5 bananas
1/2 c. pecans
12 oz. Cool Whip




Recipe



Drain & reserve juice from pineapple tidbits. Slice bananas lenthwise & then slice in small pieces across into the reserved pineapple juice. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, pineapple tidbits, pecans & Cool Whip. Fold bananas into the strawberry mixture & freeze in a shallow dish. This will fill two 8 inch round or heart shaped molds. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
