Just starting to look into home made sausages. Any recipes for basic, healthy sausage would be apreciated. We are concerned about the amount of fat and salt that seems to be a part of most recipes we have found so far. Also having trouble finding basic equipment in Australia. Any help greatly appreciated...

i have been making sausages for a little while now mostly with wild meat deer moose elk and using pork to moisten it up a bit im always looking for different types of sausages to make lol enjoy testing them lol thanks for your info........Ed
