    Recipe Introduction


    This is a very delicious cake. Dieters beware.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup crushed pecans
    • 1 cup coconut
    • 1 Box Swiss Chocolate Cake mix
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 box confectioners sugar
    • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened


    Instructions


    1. In a 9x13 pan, layer coconut then pecans.


    2. Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over coconut/pecan layers.
    3. Mix remaining ingredients and Glob onto cake by the spoonful. (do not smooth out)
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.


    Final Comments


    A friend of mine brought this cake to work. I loved it so much I had to have the recipe and thought it would be nice to share this delicious cake with others. It's great slightly warm too. Just add a nice hot cup of coffee and YUUUMMMMM!!!!!!!
