    1 box Lemon Cake Mix
    1 small box Pineapple Instant Pudding
    3/4 Wesson Oil
    4 Eggs
    1-10 oz. Seven-Up

    Recipe



    Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

    ICING:
    1-1/2 cups Sugar
    1 stick Butter
    1 tablespoon Flour
    1 can Crushed Pineapple, drained
    2 Eggs, beaten
    1 cup Coconut
    Mix together and cook until thick, the add coconut.
    Spread on top and between cake layers.
