Ground Beef Mounds

List of Ingredients
2 pound Ground Beef
2 Eggs, beaten
12 to 16 Crackers, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Large Onion, chopped
8 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley Flakes
1 medium jar Mild Picante Sauce
1/2 cup WaterRecipe
Mix ground beef, egg, crackers, salt, onion
and cheese well and make into mounds.
Set aside. Mix pepper, flakes, sauce and
water and make into make into a sauce.
Pour sauce over mounds.
Bake on 400 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
